Article XI. Racially Nondiscriminatory Policy
Francis Price White School of Fashion Design Inc. (The Organization) is a non-profit, educational tax-exempt Technical School.
The Organization admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, staffing, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs.
Equal Opportunity. There shall be no discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin or handicap with regard to providing services, or in hiring, promotion or other conditions of staff employment. Reasonab1e limitations as to age for employment or service may be made where age is a bona fide consideration.
The Organization certifies that it meets the annual notice requirements of exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of Revenue Procedure 75– 50, as modified by Revenue Procedure 2019-22 by posting “public service announcements” concerning its Racially Nondiscriminatory Policy in news media annually.
